    A.   It’s going great, it’s really good to see all the top surfers in the world stick together and do something for there own futures. The hole WPS things is like any other professional sport , it’s like a players group or union or what ever else you want to call it. There was no one looking after the surfers so we decided to look after our selves.

8
  Q.   Who was your biggest scalp on tour, and biggest nemesis?

    A.

I would have to say Andy Irons, I have beaten Kelly before but he has smashed me way more times so there is nothing to brag about, but with Andy we have this thing, it’s hard to explain but I rained on his parade a few times.

    A.   Yeah I would have different strategies to beat different guys for sure, I kind of had to be that guy because I never thought I could beat the top guys so I decided to use my head I little more.

  Q.   Who is your favourite surfer and why?

    A.   I have so many guys, from my brother paul because he pushed me from when I was a grom, to my traveling buddies, Luke Hicho, Jarrad House, Luke Stedman, Kirk Flintoff , Troy Brooks, Luke Munro. Then you have Rich Lovett who was my sole mate kind of and after what happened to him he is my idol. Taj because we surfed together every day when we are at home and he is a freak. All the local rippers at home, Damon Eastough, Ding, Marty, Oddy, Rick jacko the list is endless. But the two guys from tour would be Occ and Taylor. Occ because I have never seen anyway so natural on a surfboard and taylor because he surfs the way he wants and no judge has changed a thing about his surfing.
